AeroPress Coffee Makers
Here at Allied Drinks Systems, our range of coffee machines includes the AeroPress Coffee Maker and the AeroPress GO Coffee Maker. Both professional coffee makers and home brewers love the unique brewing style of the AeroPress Coffee Maker. The machine uses a micro-filter to maximise the purity of the ground coffee and to create a smooth finish. You can create 1 to 4 cups (1 or 2 mugs) of coffee or espresso with each brew.
The AeroPress can be cleaned in a matter of seconds. To dispose of the coffee puck, you can simply remove the cap and push the plunger down. You can give the plunger a quick 10-second rinse and you’re good to go.
The AeroPress Coffee Maker has a lower temperature and shorter brew time than most other coffee machines. This results in a low acid level for the brew, along with grit-free coffee thanks to the micro-filter.
The AeroPress GO Coffee Maker offers the same ease as brewing as the classic coffee maker, while also providing a convenient drinking mug that doubles as a carrying case. This allows you to enjoy delicious AeroPress coffee on the go. The AeroPress GO Coffee Maker has a brew time of just one minute and a capacity of 15oz/444ml.
Our AeroPress GO Coffee Maker package includes everything you could need to make a perfect cup of coffee and take it with you. Along with the filter, chamber and plunger, the set also includes a stylish and practical lid and mug.
AeroPress Filters
Create smooth, grit free coffee with the AeroPress filters. The micro-filter AeroPress filters prevent ground from making its way into your cup. The 65mm AeroPress filters can be used with the AeroPress Coffee Maker and the AeroPress GO Coffee Maker. Each pack of AeroPress filters contains 350 micro-filters, which could last you almost a full year if you have a daily cup of coffee.
The AeroPress filters are single use and can brew 1 to 3 cups. Once they’re finished, you can put the AeroPress filters in your compost bin, as the filters are biodegradable. Here at Allied Drinks Systems, we also have a large range of eco paper cups and lids that are fully compostable.
AeroPress FAQs
What Kind of Coffee Does the AeroPress Coffee Maker Make? +
The AeroPress Coffee Maker and AeroPress GO Coffee Maker can produce a range of coffee, including cold brew style coffee and espresso style coffee. You can use the coffee maker to produce popular drinks such as lattes and cappuccinos. It’s easy to add different flavours with our range of syrups, made from natural flavours and free of artificial colours.
How Often Should I Wash My AeroPress Coffee Machine? +
You can rinse your AeroPress Coffee Maker after day-to-day use as the plunger wipes the chamber clean after each brew. For a deeper clean, you can put your AeroPress Coffee Maker in the top shelf of your dishwasher. It’s also a good idea to remove the food-grade silicone seal from the plunger and hand wash it with hot, soapy water.
If you find that the inside of your AeroPress Coffee Maker has become sticky, you can wipe it clean with vinegar before rinsing it with water.
What is the Best Way to Store an AeroPress Coffee Maker? +
After you’ve finished brewing, you can eject the used coffee puck from the machine. You can then push the food-grade silicone all the way into the chamber, which will help keep the seal free of compression and help prolong its life.
Try to keep the AeroPress Coffee Maker away from direct sunlight. You should also make sure that the coffee machine is fully dry before putting it away. Use a soft cloth to wipe the coffee maker down after you’ve rinsed it.
Why is AeroPress Coffee Better For My Stomach? +
Coffee made with the AeroPress Coffee Maker contains around one-fifth of the acidity of drip brewed coffee and one-ninth the acidity of French press brewed coffee. This means that many people find AeroPress coffee easier on their stomach than coffee made with other types of makers.
How Much Coffee Should I Put In The AeroPress Coffee Maker? +
It’s a good idea to use around 14-15 grams of medium-fine grind coffee per cup. This is roughly equivalent to three tablespoons. Once you have become familiar with the AeroPress Coffee Maker, you can adjust how much ground coffee you use in the machine.
