MoDe packs Egro’s latest tech into a 30 cm-wide chassis with built-in hoppers and a clear 7″ HD touchscreen. Recipes are easy to create, brand and reorder, with passworded access levels for barista, manager and technician. Internals are arranged in service-friendly modules to reduce downtime and speed maintenance.

Three configurations for your site

• Pure Coffee – espresso and black coffees (recommended ~150 cups/day).

• Quick Milk – fresh-milk classic drinks via venturi system (~150 cups/day).

• Pro Milk – hot, cold and foamed milk with on-screen control of temperature, froth level and pump pressure (~180 cups/day). Pair with MK4, MK6 or FUM fridges to suit space and volume.

Fresh Water Bypass cools coffee in-cup for iced recipes; iSteam Pro automates milk texturing from the touchscreen; Quick Restart skips the rinse if the coffee boiler is still hot; Boiler Priority lets you prioritise coffee or steam heating to match your workflow.

• Dual-boiler design: 0.5 L coffee + 0.8 L steam for stable extractions and fast milk service.

• Stainless-steel brewing group with 18 g chamber (standard) or optional 22 g.

• Flat stainless-steel burrs (Ø54 mm) with 1×1.25 kg or 2×0.75 kg bean hoppers; up to 2×2 L powder hoppers for chocolate/solubles.
