Machine & large equipment orders: Machine orders may arrive on a pallet. We will always choose a tail lift delivery service where possible. Please be aware that some couriers may only deliver to the front of the premises and may not be able to bring the pallet inside.
DPD tracking: You'll receive a text or email with your one-hour delivery window and options to reroute, reschedule, or leave with a neighbour.
JAG products: Items with SKUs starting with JAG are dispatched via APC Overnight and may have different lead times. Contact us for details.
Bank holidays: Next working day delivery is affected around bank holidays. Orders placed the day before a bank holiday will arrive the next available working day.

Returns & Refunds Policy
14-day return window: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Restocking Fees

Returns that are not the result of a fault or error on our part are subject to a restocking fee deducted from your refund:

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale and clearance items — non-returnable and non-refundable
  • Non-stock, custom, or special-order items
  • Items not in original condition, damaged by the customer, or missing parts

Exchanges

We only process exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged. Photographic evidence must be provided within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please submit your claim via the Returns & Claims Centre above.

How to Return an Item

Submit via the Returns & Claims Centre

Log in to your account and open a return or claim request. Do not send items back without prior authorisation — unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Pack the item securely

Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and safely wrapped for transit. You remain responsible for the item until it arrives with us.

Send via a tracked service

Ship to our returns address below and keep your proof of postage. We recommend using a tracked, insured service.

Refund issued

Once received and inspected, your refund (minus any applicable restocking fee) will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
