Steam & Combi Oven Filters

Steam ovens need a different filter chemistry from coffee machines. Coffee filtration aims to preserve some mineral content for taste; steam filtration is purely about preventing scale in the steam generator, so the cartridges are not interchangeable even where the housings look similar.

We supply the Brita Purity Steam line: 600 and 1200 cartridges for standard and high-throughput ovens, and the C500 and C1100 for compatible C-series housings. Complete filter systems with display are available in 600 and 1200 sizes, which is the sensible option on a new install — the display tracks throughput so changes happen on schedule rather than when something fails.

Combi ovens carry a manufacturer requirement for filtered water in almost every case, and running unfiltered will usually void the warranty. If you’re unsure which cartridge your model takes, send us the make and model.
