Earn points and claim rewards on future orders.
Every time you shop with ADS Coffee Supplies while logged into your account, you can earn points on eligible products. Once you have enough points, you can claim one of the available rewards, including money off your basket or selected free products.

How ADS Rewards works
- Log in before you order. Points are saved to your customer account, so guest orders cannot collect or use points.
- Shop as normal. Product pages show how many points you can earn for that item.
- Claim a fixed reward. When you have enough points, choose from the available reward tiers in your basket or on your My Rewards page.
- Choose one reward per basket. You can claim a money-off reward or a free product reward, depending on what is available.
Where to check your points
Once you are logged in, your points balance, reward options and recent points activity are available on your account page.

Step-by-step: earning and using points

Earn points
Create an account or log in, then shop as normal. Eligible products show the points you can earn on the product page.
Your points are added after the order has been paid for and reaches the required order status.

Choose a reward
When you have enough points, the available fixed rewards will show in your basket and on your My Rewards page.
You may see money-off rewards, free product rewards, or both.

Claim it in your basket
Click Claim on the reward you want to use. If it is a money-off reward, the discount is applied to your basket. If it is a free product reward, the selected product is added to your basket at no charge.
Only one points reward can be used per basket.
Important things to know
Rewards are fixed, so customers can only claim the reward tiers we make available. This keeps the system simple and clear.
- Some rewards may have a minimum basket total.
- Free product rewards use the selected product we have assigned to that reward tier.
- If an order is cancelled or refunded, points may be removed or adjusted.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another customer.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account to earn points?
Yes. You need to log in or create an account before ordering. Points are linked to your customer account.
Where do I claim my rewards?
You can claim available rewards in your basket. You can also view your rewards on your My Rewards page.
Can I choose between money off and a free product?
Yes, if both reward types are available for your points balance. For example, a tier could offer a money-off reward or a selected free product reward.
Why can I not claim a reward yet?
You may need more points, or the reward may require a minimum basket total. Your basket and My Rewards page will show what is currently available to you.
Can I use more than one points reward in the same basket?
No. Only one points reward can be used per basket.
Do points have a cash value?
No. Points cannot be exchanged for cash. They can only be used against eligible rewards on ADS Coffee Supplies.
