Keeping a K-fee machine working comes down to two things: filtered water and a clean brew unit. Neglect either and you get weak extraction, then a service call.

The K-fee Claro Swiss Water Filter (Type 140) is the model-specific cartridge — change it on schedule rather than when the machine complains. Caffenu cleaning capsules run through the brew chamber like a normal capsule and clear coffee oils without dismantling anything, which means it actually gets done. K-fee Liquid Cleaner (500ml) handles the milk system.

A realistic routine is a cleaning capsule weekly, milk system after every day of use, and a filter change quarterly in a hard-water area.
