Buying beans by the packet rather than the case suits sites with moderate or variable usage — you get the same coffee without committing to volume you may not get through before it stales.

Available across the Summit range in 500g and 1kg bags: Grande Crema for a chocolate and caramel-forward cup that holds up in milk, Italian Blend for a darker traditional espresso, and 100% Arabica.

Roasted beans are at their best for around four weeks after roasting. A 1kg bag suits a site pulling 30 or more shots a day; below that, 500g bags will give you a fresher cup even though the per-kilo price is higher.
