Decaffeinated Ground Coffee

Decaf has stopped being an afterthought. It is roughly one cup in ten in most UK venues now, and serving a bad one is more noticeable than serving no decaf at all.

Our ground decaf range covers different jobs. Summit Espresso Ground Single Shot Decaf is pre-portioned, which removes the cross-contamination problem of running decaf through a grinder used for caffeinated beans. Summit Ground Zero Caffeine Coffee (1kg) suits filter and bulk brewing, and Seven Sisters Coffee Co. covers the speciality end.

If you run one grinder, pre-portioned decaf is the practical answer — otherwise you are purging the grinder for every decaf order, which nobody does consistently once it gets busy.
