Coffee Vending Machines
About Coffee Vending Machines
A coffee vending machine earns its place where there is nobody to make the drinks: a staff room at seven in the morning, a reception area, a school corridor, a workshop on a night shift. The machines in this range are the ones we install and service across offices, schools, hospitality and industrial sites around the UK. Choosing between them comes down to three questions.
Bean to cup or instant? Most of the machines here grind fresh for every drink — Coffetek Vitro, Jura Professional, Bestir, Eversys, Egro and Schaerer. They cost more up front and the cup is noticeably better for it. Instant and soluble machines, including Douwe Egberts Cafitesse and the Summit range, are cheaper to buy and quicker to refill, which makes sense where speed and volume matter more than provenance. Both routes are covered in our bean to cup and instant and soluble ranges.
Fresh milk or powder? Some of these machines take fresh milk, which transforms anything with milk in it but brings a fridge, a daily cleaning cycle and a delivery to organise. Powdered milk needs none of that, and for a site nobody visits every day it is usually the right answer rather than the compromise it sounds like.
How busy is the site, honestly? Capacity is quoted in drinks per day, and specifying below what a site actually gets through is the most avoidable mistake in this category — the machine copes on paper and queues in practice. If you are working out what a workplace needs, our office coffee machines page goes through it properly, and the full commercial coffee machines range covers everything from traditional espresso upwards.
We also list refurbished machines, which are a practical way into a commercial specification at a lower price. Whichever machine you choose, match the filtration to your local water — on an unattended machine that nobody descales by hand, it makes more difference to service life than anything else you decide.
All prices are shown ex VAT. Machines can be bought outright or leased, and we install and service them with our own engineers. If you would rather describe your site than work from a spec sheet, call us on 0800 442299 — we have been doing this since 1993.
