Features:

• Multi-boiler system – The ultimate production capacity in the right moment: VICTORIA’s system is equipped with 3 independent boilers each with a dedicated On/Off switch: left steam output boiler, right steam and hot water output boiler, and each brew unit has its own coffee boiler which can be independently controlled for pressure and temperature profiles. Or choose to  connect the 2 main steam boilers in order to get a non-stop steam generator for extremely consistent and efficient performance during busy services.
• TFT Touch display – The programming is done through state-of-the-art touch displays, that by a dedicated interface allows to easily program the machine parameters, dosing settings and even technical assistance.
• Patented Profile Brewing System – Using the BEZZERA pressure profile patent, it is possible to brew drip coffee and herbal infusion teas with dedicated low pressure programs. The double boiler hydraulic system is drawn by a volumetric dosage that allows to set pressure profiles from 3 to 11 bar to maximise the coffee extraction experience. No more need for extra brewing appliances and counter space.
• Automatic water regeneration – In order to keep water quality and freshness under control the automatic regeneration system of water and steam boilers allows to schedule a daily recycling.
• Group head temperature control – The new coffee extraction temperature control system by PID thermostat, allows an accurate programming of the coffee temperature in the cup, thanks to a hydraulic circuit with thermostability. Why not brew at different temperatures through multiple groups at the same time?
