Egro Next NMS+ Bean to Cup Coffee Machine

Egro Next NMS+ is the Next with Egro’s NMS+ milk system, the version for cafés, hotels and busy self-service sites that want the whole menu: espresso, café crème, Americano, cappuccino, latte macchiato, hot milk, hot foam and cold milk, with optional Cold Milk Foam (CMF) at three selectable froth levels for iced drinks. It is rated for up to 300 cups a day, the highest in the Next range.

NMS+ can run two types of milk at once, and the optional lactose-free system keeps them separate so you can offer lactose-free or plant milk alongside dairy without contamination between the two. Milk comes from a 6 L MK6 or 4 L FUM fridge, or from an under-counter fridge with the SMPU pump module. Cleaning of the coffee and milk circuits is automatic, about six minutes.

What is different about the NMS+ version

• The NMS+ milk system does everything the Quick Milk does and adds cold milk, with optional Cold Milk Foam at three froth levels for iced drinks.

• The only Next that runs two milks at once, with an optional lactose-free system that keeps them separate.

• Rated for 300 cups a day, against 250 for the other three.

• Fully automatic cleaning of coffee and milk circuits, about six minutes. Needs an MK6 6 L or FUM 4 L fridge, or an under-counter fridge with the SMPU pump module.

How the four Egro Next versions compare

All four share the same 30 cm chassis, 10 inch touchscreen, stainless steel brewing group, Self-Adjusting Grinder and options list. The differences are in milk, boilers, hot water and output.
