When you’re logged in, go straight to your dedicated points page:
There you’ll see:
- Your current points balance.
- How many points you earned on each order.
- Which orders you used points on.

Prefer to save up? Collect 1000 points and redeem them for £10 off instead.
You don’t have to redeem straight away – you can keep saving points and choose when you’d like to use them, as long as they’re still valid under our current reward terms.

Using your points should feel as easy as placing a normal order. Here’s what it looks like in practice:

Create an account & log in
Create a free account or log in before you check out. Points are saved against your account, so orders placed as a guest can’t earn or use points.

Shop your favourites
Add your usual coffee, tea, syrups, disposables and machines to your basket. When you’re logged in, you’ll see how many points you’ll earn on product pages, in your basket and at checkout.
After your order has been paid for and marked as processing/completed, the points are added to your balance.

Redeem your points at checkout
Once you’ve collected enough points, you’ll see an option in your basket or at checkout to apply points to your order.
Choose how many points to use (for example 500 or 1000) and confirm. Your £5 or £10 discount will be taken off your order total instantly.
Any points you don’t use stay on your account for next time.
Where to see your points
You can see your points at any time – you just need to be logged in.

On that page you’ll see:
- Your live points balance.
- A list of orders and how many points each one earned.
- Which orders you’ve used points on.
- You’ll also see helpful reminders in your basket and at checkout when you have points available to spend.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account to earn points?
Yes. You’ll need to log in (or create an account) before you check out. Points are linked to your account, so guest checkouts can’t earn or use points.
When are my points added?
Points are added once your payment has gone through and your order is marked as processing or completed. If an order is cancelled or refunded, the points from that order are removed from your balance.
How do I use 500 or 1000 points?
When you have at least 500 points, add items to your basket and head to checkout while logged in. Look for the box that lets you apply your points, choose how many to use (e.g. 500 or 1000), and confirm. Your £5 or £10 discount will be applied to your order.
Can I save my points and use them later?
Yes. You’re free to save up your points and choose when to redeem them, as long as they’re still valid under our current rewards terms.
Do points have a cash value?
No. Points can’t be exchanged for cash and can only be used as a discount on orders placed at ads-coffee-supplies.co.uk.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No. Points are personal to your account and can’t be transferred, gifted or shared between different customers.
Where do I go to check my points?
Log in, then visit your My Account > Points & Rewards page to see your balance and full history.
