The Jura GIGA X3 Gen 2 Pro is a high-capacity professional bean-to-cup coffee machine built for busy workplaces, conference venues, hotel breakfast rooms and self-service areas serving up to 150 cups a day.
Swiss-made and now in its second generation, the GIGA X3 pairs a high-performance ceramic disc grinder with Automatic Grinder Adjustment (A.G.A.), so the grind is corrected electronically as beans and conditions change. The Pulse Extraction Process (P.E.P.) forces water through the coffee in short bursts for short drinks such as ristretto and espresso, giving a fuller flavour than a straight pour-through would.
Two Thermoblock heating systems and two high-performance pumps mean coffee and milk can be prepared at the same time, and the height-adjustable dual spout produces two drinks in one go. In practice that works out at up to 96 espressos or 76 cappuccinos an hour, with a speed function for rapid preparation of the most popular drinks.
The 1 kg bean container with aroma preservation cover keeps refills to a minimum, and the coffee grounds container holds around 40 servings. Drinks are chosen on a 4.3 inch high-resolution touchscreen, which is simple enough for self-service use. CLARIS Pro Smart filtration with the Intelligent Water System (I.W.S.) protects the machine and keeps water quality consistent.
Hygiene is TÜV-certified. Rinsing, cleaning and descaling programmes are built in, milk system cleaning is One-Touch, and the dual spout and drip tray come apart without tools for the dishwasher. Smart Connect, Wi-Fi Connect and Payment Connect are supported, so the machine can be paired with Pocket Pilot 2.0 for cashless payment and remote monitoring without extra infrastructure.
Tank or mains fed: choose the standard GIGA X3 with its 5 litre water tank, or the GIGA X3c, which is plumbed into a mains water supply (3/4 inch connection) and is 5 cm narrower because it has no tank. Both are otherwise identical. Every GIGA machine comes with a 24 month Jura warranty as standard.
