Eureka Mignon Pisa 65 Coffee Grinder (Black)

The Eureka Mignon Pisa 65 is a single-dose grinder built around one idea: what goes in the top comes out the bottom. A 15 degree tilted grind chamber and Eureka’s Blow-Up System together bring retention down to almost nothing, so every dose is 100% fresh coffee rather than yesterday’s leftovers.

The burrs are Eureka’s 65mm All Purpose set, designed to work properly for both espresso and filter rather than compromising on one. They are particularly good with light and medium-light roasts, where clarity matters. Adjustment is stepless via the oversized King Size dial on the front, which makes moving between espresso and brew settings quick and precise, and the burrs can be removed for cleaning without losing your setting.

Dosing is handled by a magnetic cup that locks into place under the chute, so it lines up every time with no spills and lifts away clean. Operation is manual: you load the 150g hopper or drop in a single dose, run the grinder and give the push funnel a couple of presses to clear the chamber. Eureka’s Silent Technology and anti-vibration mounting keep it quiet enough for early mornings.
