Egro Next Pure Coffee is the coffee-and-powders version of the Next. It makes espresso, café crème and, with the optional hot water bypass, a proper Americano, plus hot chocolate and other solubles from the optional powder module. Rated for up to 250 cups a day, it suits offices, hotels, self-service areas and any site where milk drinks are made by hand or not at all.
Milk is covered by a steam wand rather than an automatic milk system: choose a cool-touch wand for a barista, iSteam for automatic heating and frothing from the touchscreen, or iSteam Plus, a three-valve version only available on the Next and One Pure Coffee that cuts milk preparation time and increases steam output.
Automatic cleaning runs in about three minutes. The machine is 30 cm wide, built in Switzerland and arranged in service-friendly modules.
What is different about the Pure Coffee version

Makes black coffee and powder drinks only. There is no automatic milk system, so cappuccinos and lattes are made by hand with a steam wand.

The only Next that can take the iSteam Plus three-valve automatic steam wand, which textures milk from the touchscreen faster than the standard iSteam.

Two boilers, so it dispenses coffee and hot water or steam at the same time. The SV below it has one boiler; the Quick Milk and NMS+ above it add milk systems.

Fastest cleaning in the range at about three minutes, and no fridge needed.
