The UNICA PID espresso coffee machine is a high-quality product featuring professional-grade components, enabling you to prepare coffee and creamy cappuccinos in just a few seconds. It operates with a vibration pump and a manual lever group. Lifting the lever activates the pump and begins the coffee brewing process, and lowering the lever stops it once the desired amount of coffee is dispensed. The machine’s group is heated using a traditional thermosiphonic heating system.
PID – the PID temperature control, using 2 programs, manages the coffee and steam temperature set by the user. The coffee program can be set between 80 C° -100C°, while the steam program can be set between 105C° – 120C°
