The Eureka Helios 75 is a high-output commercial coffee grinder built around a large 75mm flat hardened steel burr set — the same burr diameter found in grinders twice the price. With a grinding speed of 4.9–5.9 g/s and a daily output capability of 6kg of ground coffee, it’s designed for busy espresso bars, filter coffee stations, and high-volume commercial environments where grind consistency at speed is the priority. The large attractive colour touchscreen makes dose and grind adjustment intuitive, reducing the risk of user error in service environments without dedicated barista staff.
The 75mm flat burr is the key specification. Larger burrs run cooler — heat generated during grinding is spread over a greater surface area, so the burr temperature stays lower even at high output. This matters because heat is the enemy of coffee flavour: warm grounds degas faster and lose volatile aromatics before the shot is pulled. At 4.9–5.9 g/s throughput and 1,350 RPM, the Helios 75 stays in a controlled temperature range that smaller-burr grinders at the same RPM cannot match.
The patented Stepless Micrometric Regulation System allows continuous, stepless grind adjustment — unlike stepped grinders, which move between fixed settings, the Helios 75 lets you dial the grind in precisely to wherever extraction requires it, without being locked to pre-set intervals. The ACE System (Active Clump-free Espresso) reduces static-induced coffee clumping in the chute, keeping the dosing path clean between shots.
A 1.2kg hopper capacity suits most busy café environments without constant refilling. The adjustable hands-free fork accommodates different portafilter sizes.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between the Eureka Helios 75 and the Eureka Helios 65?
The key difference is burr diameter: the Helios 75 has 75mm flat burrs; the Helios 65 has 65mm flat burrs. Larger burrs run cooler at the same RPM, which preserves more volatile aromatics in the ground coffee. The Helios 75 also has a higher daily output capacity (6kg vs around 5kg for the 65). For high-volume commercial environments or venues where coffee quality is a primary differentiator, the Helios 75 is the stronger choice. For moderate-volume cafés, the Helios 65 offers excellent performance at a lower price point.
Is the Eureka Helios 75 suitable for single-dosing?
The Helios 75 is designed as a hopper-fed production grinder, not a single-dose grinder. It excels at high-volume consistent grinding from a loaded hopper. If you need single-dose capability (grinding only what’s needed for each shot from loose beans), the Eureka Mignon Zero is better suited. Contact our team if you’re unsure which format suits your workflow.
What espresso machines is the Eureka Helios 75 compatible with?
The Helios 75 is compatible with any commercial espresso machine using a standard 58mm portafilter, including traditional 1, 2, and 3-group commercial machines. The adjustable hands-free fork accommodates different portafilter depths. Contact us to discuss grinder and machine pairing for your specific setup.
