La Ricetta Speculoos Caramelised Biscuit Crumbs are ready-to-use crumbs of sweet, cinnamon-spiced caramelised biscuit, milled to 0 to 10mm so you get a mix of fine crumb and small pieces in every spoonful. Supplied in a 1.1kg pack, they give cafés, bakeries, dessert bars and ice cream parlours an easy way to add speculoos flavour and crunch to drinks and desserts without crushing biscuits by hand.

Speculoos is the spiced shortcrust biscuit that Lotus made famous as Biscoff: caramelised sugar, cinnamon and a touch of clove and nutmeg, baked crisp. These crumbs capture that flavour in a form built for commercial kitchens. Scatter them over a frappé, a hot chocolate or a latte, press them into a cheesecake base with melted butter, fold them through cake batter or a bakery mix, or finish waffles, crêpes, ice cream and dessert pots. Because the crumb is already graded, portions are consistent and there is nothing to prepare during a busy service.

The crumbs are dairy free, vegan and Halal certified, which makes them one of the few biscuit toppings you can offer across a whole menu without checking who can have what. They contain gluten.
