Mahlkönig E80 Supreme Commercial On Demand Coffee Grinder (Black)

The Mahlkönig E80 Supreme is the high-volume step up from the E65S: 80mm burrs, a more powerful motor and a double shot in around three seconds, for sites where the grinder never really stops.

Recommended daily output: up to 8 kg a day, around 400 double espressos at an 18 g dose. This is our own recommendation based on burr size, not a manufacturer figure.

The burr geometry was designed specifically for the E80S to combine speed with an even, sweet extraction, and active temperature management keeps the grind cool through sustained rushes so shots stay consistent from the first of the morning to the last of the queue. Despite the output it is a pleasantly quiet grinder to stand next to.

Grind size is set using Mahlkönig’s patented Disc Distance Detection, which shows the actual gap between the burrs on the display. A setting can be noted, repeated exactly and restored after cleaning or a burr change. The illuminated spout is adjustable to drop the dose cleanly into the centre of the basket, and the 1.8kg hopper keeps refills to a minimum.
