Mahlkönig E80 Supreme GbW Grind-by-Weight Coffee Grinder (Black)

The Mahlkönig E80 Supreme GbW pairs the fastest grinder in the E-series with real-time Grind-by-Weight dosing, so a high-volume bar gets both speed and gram-accurate shots without a separate scale.

Recommended daily output: up to 8 kg a day, around 400 double espressos at an 18 g dose. This is our own recommendation based on burr size, not a manufacturer figure.

A high-precision load cell under the portafilter support weighs the coffee as it is ground and stops at the programmed dose, which removes the drift you get from timed dosing as beans age or the grind is changed. Portafilter Detection recognises which handle is on the forks, selects the matching recipe and starts grinding automatically. For staff that means fewer button presses, less training and fewer wasted shots during a rush.

The 80mm special steel burrs and powerful motor deliver a double in around three seconds, with active temperature control keeping the grind cool under sustained load. Grind size is set with Mahlkönig’s patented Disc Distance Detection, which displays the actual distance between the burrs so a setting can be repeated exactly.
