Puqpress Mini 2 Automatic Precision Coffee Tamper

The Puqpress Mini 2 is the compact entry point to automatic tamping. It takes up very little counter space, so it suits small cafés, kiosks, offices with a proper espresso setup and home baristas who want a level, repeatable tamp without the wrist strain.

Puqpress tamps every portafilter flat and level at the same pressure, shot after shot, which removes the biggest variable in espresso prep and takes the strain off baristas’ wrists and shoulders over a long shift. Set the pressure once and the result is the same whoever is on the machine.

Pressure is adjustable from 10 to 30kg in 1kg steps and there are three tamping profiles: Speedy for service, Precision for a slower, more even compression, and Single for single baskets. Puqpress rates it for up to 7kg of coffee a week, which comfortably covers a few hundred shots.
