Timemore Icicle Cold Brewer Black

The Timemore Icicle is a frosted glass cold brew jug with a long internal filter and a leak-proof pouring lid, made for steeping a batch of cold brew in the fridge overnight.

Ground coffee goes into the 22.5cm filter, which runs almost the full height of the jug so the grounds stay evenly wetted and the brew comes out smooth and consistent rather than strong at the bottom and weak at the top. Timemore recommend around 30g of coffee per batch, which is less than most cold brew methods need.

The lid seals, so the jug can lie on its side or stand in a fridge door without leaking, and it pours without being removed: turn the lid and the spout opens at whichever angle you are holding it. The body is frosted borosilicate glass. It is fridge-safe but not for the freezer.
