Decaf tea is asked for more than most venues stock for — evening service, pregnancy, medication, and anyone who simply wants a fourth cup. Not having it is a lost sale for the sake of one box.

Decaf tea is CO2-processed rather than solvent-treated, which keeps far more flavour than older methods — the gap between decaf and standard is much smaller than most people assume.

Store separately and label clearly. Serving caffeinated tea to someone who asked for decaf is the kind of mistake people remember.
