Earl Grey Tea

Earl Grey is the one flavoured black tea that sells reliably in a business setting, and the one people are most particular about — too little bergamot and it tastes like ordinary tea, too much and it tastes of soap.

It takes milk or lemon, so worth having both available. Brew three minutes; longer draws out tannin and the bergamot goes bitter.
