Peppermint Tea

Peppermint is the most-requested herbal infusion after camomile, and it does a job no other tea does: people order it after a meal. If you serve food, you should stock it.

We carry it in two formats. Teapigs Peppermint Leaves tea temples use whole leaf in a mesh pyramid and taste distinctly fresher than a standard bag. Birchall Peppermint plant-based enveloped bags are individually wrapped for table service and hotel rooms.

It is naturally caffeine-free, which makes it the default evening option, and it needs a full five minutes in boiling water — peppermint pulled early tastes of almost nothing.
