Can students be trained to use the espresso machine?
Yes, and we would recommend it – half a day of training is the difference between a café that sells coffee and one that sells good coffee.
Can we pause deliveries over the summer?
Yes. There is no minimum order and no standing delivery you have to cancel.
What sells best in a student café?
Milkshakes and frappés, by a distance, with hot chocolate taking over from October.
Water as well
Anywhere with a lot of people through the door, mains-fed water saves the bottled water bill and the storage space that goes with it. We supply the Bevi smart water cooler for sites like this.
