Frequently asked questions
Do we have to sign a long contract?
Machines can be bought outright with no contract at all. Leasing runs over a fixed term – the sales team will confirm the options. Ingredients are ordered as you need them, with no minimum.
Fresh milk or powder?
Fresh milk tastes better and needs cleaning every day. Powder is simpler, cheaper per cup and what most offices choose. Both froth properly in a machine designed for them.
Can staff pay per cup?
Some machines support payment systems. Tell us the site and we will say what is possible.
Who cleans it?
Day to day, whoever is on site – it is a rinse cycle and a wipe. We handle the scheduled deep clean and descale if you have a service contract.
Water as well
Anywhere with a lot of people through the door, mains-fed water saves the bottled water bill and the storage space that goes with it. We supply the Bevi smart water cooler for sites like this.
