Seasonal cafés have the sharpest peaks of anyone we supply: quiet in February, flat out at Easter and through August, hot chocolate from October. - Bank holiday aware. Order before 4:30pm Monday to Friday and stocked items ship the same day – but tell us about a big weekend and we will make sure you are covered.
- Hot and cold from one supplier, so the summer shake station and the winter hot chocolate come on the same invoice.
- Our own engineers, which matters when the machine goes down on the busiest day of the year.

Frequently asked questions
We are only busy six months a year. Is a machine worth it?
Often yes, if the peak is sharp enough – a two-group paying for itself over two summers is common. The sales team will do the sums with you rather than guess.
Can you deliver before a bank holiday?
Yes, if you tell us in good time. Ring 0800 442299 and we will plan around it.
What about an outdoor kiosk?
Possible, but power and water are the constraints. Send us a photo through the contact form and we will tell you what will work.
What sells best?
Coffee pays the rent; milkshakes and frappés make the margin in summer; hot chocolate takes over from October.
Water as well
Anywhere with a lot of people through the door, mains-fed water saves the bottled water bill and the storage space that goes with it. We supply the Bevi smart water cooler for sites like this.
