Sanitisers

Food-safe sanitising is a legal requirement wherever drinks are prepared, and it is one of the first things an environmental health officer asks to see.

Our Sterizen range covers both surfaces and hands: Virus Killer Surface Sanitiser Spray for counters, steam wands and machine exteriors, and Alcohol Hand Gel in counter-sized bottles.

One important distinction: surface sanitiser is not for the inside of a coffee machine. Group heads, brew units and milk lines need purpose-made machine cleaning products — sanitiser residue in a boiler will taint every drink after it.
