Floral Tea

Floral and botanical infusions cover the customer who wants something warm that is neither tea nor coffee. Stocking one or two widens your menu at almost no cost and no extra equipment.

Our range includes Birchall Lemongrass & Ginger plant-based enveloped bags, Teapigs Mao Feng Green Tea temples and chamomile flower infusions.

All are naturally caffeine-free apart from the green tea, which makes them the practical evening and late-afternoon option.

Green tea is the one people most often get wrong: brew it at around 80°C, not boiling, and for two minutes. Boiling water scalds the leaf and produces the bitterness most people assume is just what green tea tastes like.
